Job Description- Assist with financial administration and recording of company transactions.
- Assist in verifying and reviewing financial documents and supporting documents.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice and payment monitoring.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and processing of financial information.
- Assist with data reconciliation and ensure transaction records are consistent with supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documents required by the Finance team.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records systematically.
- Support other Finance-related administrative and operational activities as required.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
- Willing to work onsite at the designated office location.
- Willing to commit to the internship period determined by the company.
