What you will do
As our new Finance Intern, you will take on meaningful projects supporting finance operations, playing a key role in our system migration following the Lighthouse integration. Working closely with the finance team in our Barcelona offices, you will directly contribute to seamless financial operations and accurate reporting in a dynamic, international environment.
Where you will have impact
- Provide ongoing support to the Finance department across day-to-day operations.
- Handle daily posting and recording of invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist the accounting team during monthly closings.
- Support bank reconciliations and payment applications.
- Actively contribute to the system migration process.
About our team
You will join the broader Lighthouse finance team — an international group of 35+ professionals spanning over 35 nationalities. Day-to-day, you'll work within a 15-person team and collaborate closely with our 3-person Spain team in Barcelona. Expect a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work is visible, your growth is supported, and you'll learn from finance professionals from around the world.

Who you are
- Available for a full-time internship of 5–6 months, starting August/September 2026, with studies ongoing throughout.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proactive and hands-on, with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office.
