Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented student to join our team in Zagreb. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to master accounting practices while leveraging modern data tools to drive business insights.
Your Responsibilities:
Accounting Support: Manage invoice payments, review ledger (konto) cards, and perform balance reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Reporting Support: Assist in preparing financial and management reports
Cross-team Support: Act as a point of contact for requests from other departments, assisting with data extraction and day-to-day financial administrative tasks.
What We Are Looking For:
Student Status: Preferably Finance, Statistics, Accounting or IT but all are welcome
Excel Knowledge: Good foundation in formulas and Pivot tables, and who enjoys keeping data organized and well-formatted.
Commitment: Ability to work 20 hours per week with a potential for full time at our office in Radnička street (we offer flexibility around your college exams and obligations).
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to question assumptions, identify inconsistencies, and apply logical reasoning to solve financial and accounting challenges.
