Finance Intern – Health Systems South Africa

A 12-month finance internship supporting financial reporting, analysis, and governance for the Health Systems business in South Africa.
Your role:
• This role contributes directly to the financial health and governance of the South African Health Systems business, enabling accurate decision-making and supporting healthcare delivery across the region.
• You will work closely with the Financial Controller – Health Systems, collaborating with finance, supply chain, customer service, and business stakeholders across the organization.

You're the right fit if:
Experience: Academic or internship exposure to finance, accounting, or business analysis.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Education: Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with a minimum academic average of 60%.
Anything else: South African graduate who has completed all modules/credits and is eager to learn and grow within a purpose-driven organization.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office-based role.
