1.- Alinear las descripciones que tienen los activos fijos en libros a algo más descriptivo y claro.
2.- Identificar en piso el activo que está en libros y obtener la siguiente información:
# de serie Ubicación física (vs y celda) Foto del equipo información de la placa de I/E Poner etiqueta de identificación
3.-En los registros de I/E obtener el # de pedimento
4.- Elaborar un mapa de activos fijos.
5.- Dar seguimiento a formatos de baja de activos cuando aplique.
También se tiene proyecto de auditorías a conteos cíclicos del área de tool crib de ambas plantas donde el practicante asiste, llena formato de auditoria y da seguimiento a discrepancias.
