- Assist the finance team in daily invoice management, including issuing, verifying, sorting out and filing invoices, ensuring invoice information is accurate and share to customer finally;
- Be responsible for collecting, sorting, verifying and binding documents related to export tax rebates, assist in completing preliminary preparations for tax rebate declarations, and ensure documents are complete and compliant with tax regulations;
- Assist in organizing financial vouchers and documents, cooperate with voucher binding, filing and other basic work to ensure the integrity of financial data;
- Fulfill other daily auxiliary tasks assigned by the finance department and cooperate with the team to promote the efficient operation of financial processes.
Requirements
- Current college students / College degree or above
- No specific restrictions on majors; however, major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related will be priority;
- Be able to commit to a stable internship period (at least 3 days per week, 3 months or longer).
- Understanding of basic financial knowledge, have strong learning ability;
- Proficient in Office software, especially Excel (master data entry, filtering, sorting, basic functions and other operations);
- Have a rigorous and meticulous work attitude, with strong proactivity, carefulness and a high sense of responsibility;
- Have good communication and coordination skills as well as team spirit, obey work arrangements, and actively cooperate with the team to complete various tasks;
- Have good English reading and writing skills.
