Job Description:
- Assist in organizing, updating, and maintaining finance documents and filing systems (physical & digital)
- Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice checking, and document sorting
- Help ensure all financial records are properly archived and easily retrievable
- Coordinate with the Finance team to collect supporting documents for payments and reconciliation
- Assist in preparing simple financial reports or summaries when needed
- Perform other administrative duties to support the Finance Department’s operations
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Accounting, Finance, or related major
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage documents efficiently
- Basic understanding of financial documents (invoice, receipt, payment voucher) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Able to commit for 3 months, working on-site 5 days a week
