Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer P/L Development
Establish robust frameworks to assess customer and segment-level P/L for the Customer Care function.
Analyse detailed cost and revenue streams (e.g., parts, labour, cross-sell/up-sell, channel costs) to surface profit drivers.
Translate financial analytics into recommendations on resourcing, pricing, and service strategy.
Build dashboards and visualisations to make these insights actionable for operational teams.
Cost Optimisation & Process Improvement
Identify, prioritise, and quantify both quick-win and strategic cost optimisation opportunities.
Support process improvement initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Finance, IT, and Operations to understand challenges, share insights, and drive adoption of new tools or models.
Ensure compliance with data governance and reporting standards throughout.
Stakeholder Communication
Prepare clear, impactful reports and presentations for leadership reviews and decision forums.
Communicate findings and recommendations, adapting technical content for different audiences.

Data Visualisation & Storytelling: Develop skills in transforming analytics into clear business narratives.
Cross-Functional Skills: Build confidence in collaboration—bridging technical, operational, and leadership teams.
About You
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or related field
Able to commit to a full-time internship starting from Jan 2026 (minimum 6 months)
Good communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to work well in a team, listen to feedback, and adapt.
