Finance Intern

We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and curious individual who’s eager to learn and contribute to impactful projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore the inner workings of financial operations, reporting, and analysis in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field

• Strong grasp of financial principles and accounting concepts

• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)

• Bonus points for familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or financial modeling tools

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What You'll Do

• Assist in preparing monthly financial forecasts and performance reports

• Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts to uncover key insights

• Support workforce planning through monitoring live rosters, attrition, and requisitions

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial models

• Help create executive-level dashboards and management reports

• Conduct financial trend and risk analysis to identify growth opportunities

• Collaborate with accounting during close cycles

• Drive improvements in FP&A tools and automation of reporting processes

• Join cross-functional meetings to assess financial impact on operations
