This role will be supporting the Finance Manager, based in Bulgaria, and involves assisting with financial transaction booking, and financial reporting tasks in an IT company's finance department while gaining hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Record payouts received from STRIPE in the local ERP system for sales tracking and VAT tax reporting.
- Book sales transactions made through the ChargeBee system in the local ERP system.
- Check sales numbers in HubSpot (CRM) and make sure they are aligned with the financial reports.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data processing.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Good English level.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles and VAT tax reporting.
- Part-time or full-time availability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Salary rate for BSc – 13 eur/hour, MSc – 20 eur/hour
