We are looking for a People Operations Intern to support our day-to-day HR operations and workplace services. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a smooth employee experience.
You will work closely with the People Experience team and gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and workplace management.
RequirementsWhat You Will Do
- Assist in data entry and validation
- Support monthly closing activities
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the finance team
- Assist in preparing audit schedules
- Assist in preparation of tax reporting data
- Perform account payable
- Final year student or Fresh graduate in Accounting or Finance
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formula, Sum, IF, Vlookup)
- Strong attention to detail and good level of accuracy
- Able to work with large volumes of data
- Willing to learn and able to work under tight deadlines, especially during audit and tax reporting periods and perform basic reconciliation
- Hands-On Financial Experience: Practical, end-to-end exposure to core corporate finance functions, including AP processing, tax preparation, and month-end closing
- Audit & Compliance Insight: Real-world knowledge of audit readiness and how corporate financial data is structured and validated
- Mentorship & Professional Growth: Direct guidance from experienced finance team members invested in your learning and skill development
- Tool Proficiency: Opportunity to sharpen your proficiency in MS Excel and build familiarity with enterprise financial/ERP systems
The internship comes with a monthly allowance of IDR 3,500,000.

Skills Required
