MSX is looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join our Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in expense management, reconciliation, and financial operations within a dynamic international environment.
The Role
As part of our Finance team, you will support the management and reconciliation of employee travel expense reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and proper accounting registration.
• Managing and reviewing employee travel expense reports
• Reconciling expenses with internal systems and accounting records
• Ensuring compliance with company travel and expense policies
• Handling discrepancies and missing documentation
• Supporting employees with reimbursement queries and travel policy guidance
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly payments
• Supporting Finance team reporting activities
QualificationsWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow in Finance. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with data and deadlines.
- Degree in Economics, Political Science, or a related field
- Good knowledge of English
