1 - First ShiftJob Summary
Are you the type of person who can prepare and analyze financial information? In this role you will work on projects that support various finance teams. We’re looking for someone with the ability to apply general accounting knowledge to financial models and systems.What You’ll Do
1. Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting.
2. Support financial analysis efforts by performing budget-to-actual comparisons, trend analysis, and preparing management reports that provide insights into business performance.
3. Contribute to the development of financial models and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions, capital allocation, and operational initiatives.
4. Maintain and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely availability of information for decision-making.
5. Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports with a high degree of accuracy while identifying key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to identify process improvement opportunities, enhance reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making.
7. Support treasury and financial planning activities, including cash forecasting, working capital analysis, and liquidity monitoring, as applicable.
8. Assist with data cleanup initiatives and support systems administration, process optimization, and financial software implementation projects.
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma required.
- Currently persuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field.
- Previous internship experience a plus.
- Knowledge of financial and cost accounting principles.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, financial consolidation tools, and Power BI.
- Ability to execute detailed processes while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
Travel
- No travel is expected of this position.
Work Location
