The RoleThe Finance Integration Analyst plays a key role in managing the migration and integration of financial data into NetSuite ERP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. This position requires a strong accounting background, combined with an understanding of financial systems and data migration processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance and NetSuite teams to ensure smooth system transitions while optimizing financial workflows.
What you will do:
Financial Data Migration & Reconciliation:
Lead and support financial data migration projects from legacy systems into NetSuite ERP.
Ensure accurate data mapping of financial transactions, chart of accounts, vendor/customer records, and historical data.
Conduct data validation and reconciliation to confirm financial reports align post-migration.
Assist in financial close processes to ensure system integrity post-implementation.
NetSuite ERP Integration & Optimization:
o Work closely with accounting and finance teams to define integration requirements for NetSuite ERP.
o Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and other financial systems.
o Assist in configuring NetSuite to align with GAAP, IFRS, and company financial policies. Support finance teams in reporting, month-end close, and financial statement generation within NetSuite.
o Ensure financial data migrations align with accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance requirements. Identify and recommend process improvements for financial reporting and accounting workflows.ccounting workflows.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
5+ years of experience in accounting, financial data migration, or ERP system transitions.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (knowledge of financial modules, reporting, and workflows).Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial statement reporting.
Experience with data reconciliation, financial close processes, and transaction analysis.
Ability to interpret financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
