A Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for helping customers finance their vehicle purchase by working with lending agencies; they are also responsible for having a deep understanding of aftermarket options and warranties that can be purchased with the vehicle being sold.

• WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE MANAGER WHO KNOWS HOW TO CLOSE.

  This is NOT a training position.
  This is NOT a desk job for someone waiting on deals to fall into their lap.
  And this is definitely NOT the place for someone who needs to be taught how to structure a deal, present products, or ask for the sale.

  We want a PROVEN F&I PROFESSIONAL who walks into the finance office ready to produce.

  • Consistently deliver strong PVR and gross profit
  • Structure deals quickly and intelligently
  • Work multiple lenders and maximize approvals
  • Present F&I products with confidence and conviction
  • Overcome objections without giving away the store
  • Close deals professionally and aggressively
  • Protect gross while maintaining excellent CSI
  • Read credit, understand stipulations, and solve problems
  • Maintain strong lender relationships
  • Keep deals moving and funded
  • Handle a fast-paced showroom without getting overwhelmed
  • Hold yourself accountable to NUMBERS, NOT EXCUSES
