This position will be WFO/Hybrid, but you will be working closely with the United States and Canada teams through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and our software. Job Summary:

The Head of Finance will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of the company. The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership & Governance: Establish company-wide financial vision, build robust internal controls, and implement governance models that protect corporate assets and drive scalable growth.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale the finance and accounting team; cultivate a culture of analytical rigor, accuracy, and continuous operational improvement.
• Financial Reporting & Insights: Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (US GAAP) to executive leadership; convert complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• FP&A & Capital Optimization: Direct annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses; optimize working capital, cash flow, and resource allocation across North American operations.
• Taxation, Audit & Compliance: Partner with external advisors to optimize US tax strategy, ensure strict global regulatory compliance, and lead annual financial audits.
• ERP Transformation: Manage end-to-end implementation and migration from QuickBooks Online to Microsoft Business Central, including data conversion, reporting architecture, and user adoption.

Qualifications:

• CA or master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 18–20 years of experience in Finance.
• Proven experience in a similar financial management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of US accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
