Join our  Finance Team in London for 3 years on our graduate programme, starting in September 2026. 

 

At a glance: 

 

Are you a final year student or recent graduate eager to begin a career in Finance? At Haleon, you'll gain hands-on experience with a supportive team, rotate through three Finance roles over three years, and study for your CIMA qualification. 

Indirect Tax 

  • Working with to support internal stakeholders and with external advisors on global Indirect Tax initiatives.  

  • Conducting indirect tax research on countries to assist with key strategic decision making.  

  • Providing support on VAT audits, strategy setting and reviewing rates of countries across Europe. 

  • Providing VAT analysis of trade routes and implementing VAT saving opportunities. 

Education Requirements: 

Undergraduate Degree, (preference for a degree with some element of Finance, Accounting or Business content). 

 

Please note for Graduate roles you must have graduated by August 2026 and provided proof of Degree. 

To be eligible for the Haleon Graduate programme, all candidates must have the continuous right to work in the UK and any offer of employment is conditional upon this requirement being satisfied. Haleon UK do not provide sponsorship to undergraduates and graduates trying to obtain the right to work in the UK

 

Role Start Date: September 2026

  • During your time at Haleon you will be fully supported to study for the CIMA professional qualification (registration, exam fees, tuition, and study leave). 

 

 

Application Process:

The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:

  • Application – information will be required regarding your education and Right to Work.

  • Online Assessment – you will be asked to complete a behaviour based online assessment/interview.

  • One-Way Video Interview – if selected you receive a link to complete an online interview focusing on your motivation for joining Haleon and what transferrable skills you will bring to the role. This will be screened by the Early Talent Team.

  • Interview – if selected you will be invited to attend a virtual interview; The interview will consist of a competency-based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.

  • Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following interview.

 

Interviews will be held in November/December 2025
