What this job involves:
This role will be part of the Regional Transition team and will assist and partake in process improvement reviews and any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Effective CommunicatorYou will assist in communicating clear timelines, ownership, objectives & guidelines.
MeticulousYou will assist in organizing reviews between regional management and country management & finance teams and consolidate, review and analyse submitted financials for APAC. You will also support quarterly reviews and annual budget review with global management.
VSO Learning SupportWe are expanding our learning support to other teams such as GREF Tech & are taking more of a role in the global program. As such we are requesting additional admin support to respond and resolve LMS transcript related questions and issues:
Removing badge only employees from KNet assignments, directly in KNet, and looping in grefonboards@ to correct these employees to badge only status in the system
Processing learning assignment bulk removals using the Bulk Removal Tool in KNet
Fielding questions about how to access or operate any of the Amazon Learning Management Systems (KNet, ThinkingCap, Leap, Learn), providing deep links to employees for anything they cannot find
Answering training related questions using the GREF Learning Task Force Training Log
You pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent problem solving skills. Under limited supervision, you are able to deliver results when working on autonomous projects. You will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
