Role Overview
The Finance Executive is responsible for supporting daily finance operations, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial transactions. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the monthly closing process.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable & Reconciliation
- Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile customer collections against issued invoices and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor sales billings to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely issuance.
- Handle and process customer refund claims in accordance with company policies.
Cash & Bank Management
- Update and monitor daily bank balances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
Financial Reporting & Closing
- Assist in the preparation of monthly closing reports.
- Support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing activities.
Compliance & Regulatory
- Prepare and submit SST filings accurately and on time.
- Perform E-Invoice reconciliation and submission in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Administrative & Ad Hoc Support
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
RequirementsJob Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting or finance-related working experience.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable and reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with SST submission and E-Invoice processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
