What We Need:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team in Taichung. The role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations while growing within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily/routine accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, expense verification, AR and AP management and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and update financial records, vouchers, and documentation in compliance with company policies/Group management directives and local regulations.
- Month-end closing processes, including journal entries and basic reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and documents for management review.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, vendors, banks, as well as internal teams within the Group for finance-related matters.
- Helm/Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks within the Finance department as needed or directed by the Group Finance team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of full-time relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
- Good knowledge of Taiwanese accounting standards and tax regulations is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Good initiative, eagerness to learn and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
