What this job involves:
As the Finance Executive at JLL, you will be responsible for supporting financial operations and administrative processes while gaining valuable experience in corporate finance within the real estate industry. You will work closely with the finance team to manage vendor relationships, assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and handle various financial administrative tasks. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your finance skills while contributing to JLL's operational excellence through accurate data management, vendor coordination, and process support. You will play a vital role in JLL's commitment to delivering transformative real estate solutions by ensuring smooth financial operations, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the seamless integration of new team members into our organization.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Respond to vendor queries promptly and professionally via email while maintaining accurate vendor information and records
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation preparation and system updates
- Support financial operations through data entry, record maintenance, and basic financial analysis using MS Office applications
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth processing of financial transactions and vendor payments
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases to support finance team operations and audit requirements
- Assist with month-end processes, invoice processing, and other recurring financial administrative tasks
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of finance operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-1 year of work experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite with proficiency in Excel and Word applications
- Experience or demonstrated interest in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ability to respond to vendor queries promptly and professionally via email communication
- Good verbal and written communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external vendors
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework or internship experience in accounting, finance, or business administration
- Basic understanding of financial processes including accounts payable and receivable
- Experience with database management and data entry with high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of vendor management systems and procurement processes
- Customer service experience with ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Interest in real estate industry and facilities management operations
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments while maintaining independent work capabilities.
