Manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, inventory reconciliation, tax compliance, and financial statement preparation. Supports daily accounting operations, statutory filings, licensing matters, audits, and coordination with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and government authorities. Ensures compliance with accounting standards and deadlines while handling multiple departmental responsibilities.

- Manage full spectrum of AR,AP & GL function to maintain full set of accounts to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform inventory reconciliation to ensure proper inventory management.
- Monitor tax compliance such as preparing tax computations and estimates, managing SST return, handling withholding taxes and addressing various other tax-related issues.
- Prepare timely monthly/quarterly Group financial statements
- Support the day-to-day operations and activities within the accounts department.
- Liaising with local councils/government authorities for necessary license application, renewal and correspondences.
- Liaising with external auditor, tax agent and company secretary for the necessary statutory filings and compliance.
- Any other duties in the department as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Professional Qualification in Finance/Accountancy
- Minimum 2 to 3 years related working experience
- Proficient in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office
- Must be able to communicate both written and orally in English and Malay.
- Meticulous, discipline, independent, high integrity, responsible and be able to communicate will all levels of people
- Good technical, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize variety of task at once to meet deadlines
Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Finance or Accountancy
- 2 to 5 years of related working experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Written and oral communication skills in English and Malay
- Meticulous, disciplined, independent, high-integrity, and responsible work style
