The PositionAre you ready to transform finance into a more efficient, networked, and high-impact organization? As our Finance Excellence Partner (FxP), you won't just manage numbers; you will be instrumental in streamlining operations by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes.
You will sit at the heart of our financial transformation, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation. Your goal is to leverage data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and drive digitalization across the entire finance function, collaborating closely with local, regional, and global teams.
Your Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Analysis: You will lead the preparation and submission of the budget and the three-year business plan (full P&L), ensuring a radical simplification of the planning process.
Operational Excellence: Analyze P&L deviations, investigate key expenses, and identify end-to-end opportunities for financial improvements across the organization.
Business Partnering: Act as the dedicated Finance Business Partner for non-customer facing functions (Supply Chain, IT, People & Culture, etc.), driving business cases that maximize long-term impact.
Month-End & Compliance: Work hand-in-hand with our Shared Service Center to ensure high-quality month-end closings and manage spend allocations, SLAs, and master data integrity.
Insights for Impact: Collaborate with the Commercial Finance team to provide better insights along the customer journey and support Senior Management with executive presentations for strategic decision-making.
Digital Catalyst: Leverage existing technology and automation to drive the digitalization of finance, proactively identifying opportunities to rationalize spend and improve FTE/CAPEX monitoring.
Global Connection: Serve as the local finance point of contact for regional and global inquiries regarding expenses and financial planning.
We are looking for a "systems thinker" who understands the big picture and has a passion for delivering tangible value.
Experience: Around 5 years of experience in multinational companies or audit, with a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial processes.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency in SAP (FI, CO, MM, COPA) is a major plus. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and have a flair for automation tools.
Analytical & Communication Skills: You possess strong analytical capabilities and the ability to simplify complex financial data into clear, effective communication.
Mindset: You are a team player with a growth mindset, passionate about innovation and building strong relationships across a networked organization.
Languages: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for your daily collaboration with global teams.
