Main Responsibilities
Acting as an Enterprise Partner along the entire patient disease journey to drive better outcomes for patients faster, functioning as a catalyst in the newly customer-oriented implementation model.
Guiding the business squads/teams as a strategic partner to drive patient and customer centric ambitions, driving outcome-based planning with end-to-end perspective, including fit-for-purpose planning, next level of business analytics and insightful decision-making with focus on short, mid and long-term.
Drive P&L management to ensure rigorous execution and fast responses to the business needs and adjusted priorities.
Effective resource allocation on sustainable investment, facilitating constructive discussions about difficult trade-off decisions with business partners within and across business areas and recognizing potential for new growth opportunities.
Performing core financial management tasks, including Event Driven Planning and financial modeling seeking for continuous learning and improvement.
Continuously examining and interpreting data, such as financial statements, price developments, market dynamics, productivity measures, investment opportunities to inform decision making.
To strive for consistency and efficiency across business areas, by continuously finding opportunities to harmonize, pool and simplify finance processes while sustaining or improving the stakeholder experience.

Expected Skills and Capabilities
Successful candidate must be CA/CPA qualified and CFA qualified is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance roles (e.g., FP&A, Planning & Controlling, etc)
Business Acumen & Entrepreneurial Spirit in challenging the status quo and suggesting new solutions to complex issues.
Strong Business Partner Skills, ‘seating at the table’ with the internal and external customers.
Capacity to swarm strategically and operationally across the business.
