The Position
The Finance Enterprise Partner collaborates closely with the business to understand and challenge its ambitions, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and impactful resource allocation. This involves building strong relationships across all business areas to capture and update insights that influence outcomes, as well as challenging current results and collaborating on setting new goals to drive growth and innovation.
The Finance Enterprise Partner plays a crucial role in planning and monitoring sales and expenses, ensuring that established objectives are met. Provide visibility on business evolution to key stakeholders, facilitating informed and strategic decision-making. This includes generating regular reports and analyses reflecting company performance, as well as anticipating and assessing the impact of market changes that may affect the company’s strategy.
The Opportunity:

Play an active part in preparing deal calculations and leading discussions with the Sales team to find the most suitable pricing strategies

Monitor and manage customer and portfolio profitability to be able to pursue or refine the business strategies

Provide key business partners with actionable, data-driven financial insights on crucial business topics

Collaborate in business planning and processes in collaboration with the Finance Team

Take an active role in assessing the viability of our commercial offerings by considering risks, assumptions about competition, and implementing sustainable pricing strategies,

Ensure compliance with financial operations according to established financial and accounting policies, ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial records

Participate in innovative projects at local, regional, and/or global levels to improve processes and professional growth.

Act as operational interface between Finance excellence partners and Share services.

Stay informed on accounting policies and regulations to maintain technical expertise.

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a sales-focused or commercial environment and are familiar with SAP or comparable ERP-systems.
