The Position
We are looking for a “Finance Enterprise Partner” for our Pharma Finance team in Roche Tunisia to be based in Tunis.
The Finance Enterprise Partner reports to the Finance Manager and provides high quality Finance support as Business Partner to all Roche Tunisia Functions working closely with the Disease Area Teams, but also with all other departments such as IT, P&C, Finance, Procurement.
He/She monitors the overall financial operational performance of his/her perimeter. He/She contributes to strategic/business development by providing accurate data and advices in supporting the decision making process.
What He/She will be working on:

Supports Business Leaders in delivery of business results through deep understanding of the strategy, understanding and anticipating strategic and operational needs.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with all senior leaders, to actively influence day-to-day decisions, shaping strategy and the direction of the business.

Provides forward looking and ad-hoc analysis to show risk and opportunities within budget and in the business.

Co-leads with business the delivery of the Annual Business Plan, and its regular updates with a near and mid-term outlook. Provide independent financial expertise to challenge underlying assumptions.

Analyzes and interprets data, assess value and present findings and insights to the relevant stakeholders.

Supports the implementation of a new transforming initiatives and facilitating their implementation working closely with IT/Procurement stakeholders bringing finance matters considerations

Ensures financial compliance in business decision making.

Plays a pivotal role during closing by ensuring proper cost analysis and bookings through analysis of main costs buckets

Benchmarks current processes against prior experience and leverage other experiences to drive excellence, co-creation, collaboration, and alignment on priorities

Monitoring and safeguarding the affiliate’s profitability through partnering with the tax and the global transfer pricing teams

Monitors the yearly stock-take as well as partner with supply chain and warehouse teams on the inventory management
Key responsibilities:

Monthly reporting
-
Coordinate the monthly reporting with the Operations / CCA and Treasury team

Perform full analysis of the P&L on a monthly basis

Prepare the monthly closing pack with detailed analysis of sales by ecosystem / products as well as Opex for the affiliate with comments driving the main variations

Challenge the business in the assumptions and ensure the operational team has no boundaries to strive for more patients to be treated by Roche products
Requirements:

University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Minimum 3 year’s relevant experience in controlling position or similar

Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoke

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
