Responsibilities:- Overall responsible for the Shared Service (SSC) operation – AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets
- Responsible for SSC policy/SLA and processes, manpower planning and operations management to ensure smooth operation
- Review contracts and ensure compliance and SOPs
- Ensure prompt billing and collections and cash sustainability
- Compliance control to group policies and internal controls are implemented and adhered to oversee and drive the annual budget
- Support stakeholders to maintain quality service standards
- Supervise and provide guidance to the team
- Support and lead improvement initiatives
- Accounting or Business degree/Chartered Accountant
- At least 10 years of relevant experience background in finance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skill with positive mindset
- Experience working in large SSC environment
