Finance Manager – Jaguar Land Rover (JLR)

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations and help customers secure the right financing and protection products while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction. • Present and secure vehicle financing and lease options for customers.

• Offer and explain protection products, extended service contracts, GAP coverage, and other F&I products.

• Work with multiple lending institutions to obtain approvals and competitive financing terms.

• Structure, process, and fund deals accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, lender, and manufacturer regulations.

• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners.

• Train and support the sales team on finance programs and dealership offerings.

• Deliver a transparent, professional, and luxury-level customer experience from delivery through funding. 

• Previous automotive F&I experience required; luxury brand experience preferred.

• Proven track record of finance product sales and profitability.

• Strong understanding of automotive lending, leasing, compliance, and dealership processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with dealership management and F&I software systems. 

• Menu selling expertise.

• Credit analysis and deal structuring.

• Knowledge of lender programs and funding processes.

• Strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) focus.
