What will you do?
As the Finance
Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing the international finance organization. This role is focused on the integration of acquisitions and financial administrations, further professionalizing and specializing the finance team, and building scalable processes and data models suited to an international SaaS and consultancy environment.
You will work closely with the manager FP&A and report directly to the CFO and act as a strategic partner to the Corporate Management Team.
We are in a phase of growth, professionalization, and integration of recent acquisitions. We face major transitions, including an ERP migration, further specialization of staff, and strengthening our international financial structures. We have a buy-and-build-strategy where-as we are pursuing a branded house structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the integration of acquisitions and financial administrations into the existing finance structure.
- Develop and execute a forward-looking financial strategy supporting international growth and scalability.
- Lead the ERP migration and optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting structures.
- Build robust data models and KPI frameworks to enable decision-making and forecasting.
- Manage international consolidation, including foreign currencies, transfer pricing, and global compliance.
- Oversee restructuring initiatives and efficiency programs within the organization for the accounting team to become one team.
- Professionalize and specialize the finance team; coach and develop staff into areas of expertise (e.g., reporting, treasury, tax).
- Coordinate international audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and financial partners.
- Provide the board and stakeholders with clear, data-driven financial insights and strategic advice.
Who are you?
- You have 12–15 years of relevant finance experience, with substantial experience in SaaS/software and consultancy environments.
- You have excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- You have proven track record in the integration of acquisitions and financial administrations.
- You have experience in ERP implementations and building scalable finance organizations.
- You have strong knowledge of international taxation (transfer pricing, tax planning, international audits).
- You have expertise in foreign currency management, international consolidation, and cash flow management.
- You are skilled in developing complex data models and reporting frameworks.
- You have strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching, specialization, and professionalization of teams.
- You are both strategically oriented and hands-on in complex or transitional environments.
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence senior leadership, investors, and international stakeholders.
