Your Role: Finance Director

As a Finance Director at Probe CX, you will be at the forefront of financial strategy and decision-making. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll oversee financial planning, business partnering, compliance, and commercial analysis, ensuring that Probe CX continues to scale efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure commercial success.

● Optimize financial operations, systems, and processes for scalability and efficiency.

● Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership and operational teams.

● Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions.

● Partner with key stakeholders to drive profitability, cost management, and investment decisions.

● Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

● Oversee facilities management, ensuring cost-effective operations, compliance, and alignment with business needs.

● Champion data security, compliance, and business ethics in all financial processes.
