We are seeking a high-caliber Director, Finance - Engineered Cables to lead financial strategy and integrated business planning. This role is pivotal in guiding long-term financial direction, optimizing capital allocation, and driving profitable growth while collaborating with executive leadership to strengthen global operational performance.
Leadership & Core Responsibilities:
Strategic & Financial Planning
- Lead financial strategy, including long-range planning, strategic scenario modeling, and capital allocation for the Engineered Cables business.
- Translate business strategy into financial targets, operating plans, and performance metrics.
- Direct development of annual plans, monthly forecasts, and multi-year financial models.
Operational Execution & Governance:
- Lead financial partnership with Operations to drive productivity, labor efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Oversee financial evaluation of capacity expansion, make-vs-buy analyses, and global footprint decisions.
- Maintain internal controls, support ERP implementation, and manage working capital.
Position Requirements:
Education & Technical Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred).
- Experience: 12–15+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Regulatory Compliance: Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR regulations.
Certifications & Competencies:
- Systems Proficiency: Google Workspace, ADP, Syspro, QMS, Planful, Power BI, MS SQL.
- Core Competencies: Expert financial modeling, forecasting, analytical rigor, strong communication, leadership, and independence.

Total Rewards & Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $200,000 – $220,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
- Incentive Compensation: 20% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) target.

Skills Required
- U.S. Person status: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, due to ITAR regulations
- 12–15+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Significant manufacturing industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience supporting senior executives with strategic insights and recommendations
- Experience managing multi-site or global FP&A teams
- Expertise in analytics, forecasting, financial modeling, and operations finance
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and U.S. GAAP
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to build relationships and resolve issues independently
- Strong technical skills and curiosity regarding technology
