Finance Director, NoBa (Nordics & Baltics)
Location: Stockholm (Kista), Sweden
Reporting line: Finance Head, EMM & CEA
About the role
We are seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance function across NoBa (Nordics & Baltics). This is a regional leadership role with board-level exposure, suited to a commercially minded finance leader who can operate with maturity in a complex, international environment.
You will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, shaping financial strategy and supporting both future launches and established brands across the region.
Key responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight, challenge and decision support
Lead planning cycles (budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning) and monitor performance across P&L, sales and profitability
Ensure strong financial governance, compliance and internal controls
Drive improvements in finance systems, processes and ways of working
Lead and develop the finance team, building capability and engagement
Work cross-functionally to support business performance, including readiness for launches
Candidate Profile
Education & qualifications
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CA, CPA) or MBA preferred
Experience
Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a regional or multi-country setting
Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated ability to act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders
Broad finance expertise across FP&A, controlling, financial governance and statutory reporting
Experience operating effectively within complex, international and matrixed organisations
Exposure to transformation initiatives, including systems, processes or organisational change
Desirable
Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sector (advantageous, not essential)
Experience supporting product launches and driving investment decision-making
