•Lead the local finance team to become a value-creating partner for Sales and Marketing, directly contributing to topline growth and margin resilience.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis – Strategic Decisions
•Lead FP&A to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring short- and long-term financial goals are met with strong internal controls.
•Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead rolling forecast, annual budgeting (by channel, geography, portfolio). Consolidate topline and A&P forecasts, managing gaps between bottom-up and top-down.
•Transfer Price & BMS Reduction: Own the long-term TP roadmap to reduce BMS (Branded Marketing Spend / Business Management Spend) and protect GM%. Work with regional tax/FP&A teams to simulate TP scenarios.
•Stabilize Macau Performance: Balance Macau’s topline target with disciplined Martell pricing – avoiding over-discounting while maintaining competitive position.
3. Finance Operations & Control – Process Efficiency, Cash Flow & Compliance
•Oversee end-to-end finance operations with a focus on automation, working capital, and lean controls.
•Contract Review & PAF Improvement: Lead review/validation of commercial contracts. Drive PAF process improvement – reducing cycle time, ensuring timely renewals, and embedding pre-approval workflows.
•Order-to-Cash & Cash Flow Management: Oversee O2C cycle – credit control, billing accuracy, collections. Drive continuous improvement in overdue receivables through proactive ageing management and customer payment behavior analytics.
•Internal Control Strengthening: Establish/enforce controls for trade and marketing expenses (PO backup, accrual methodologies).
•Digital Process Improvement: Continuously improve operational processes – e.g., trade expense transparency, contract management, and O2C automation – leveraging existing digital tools and proposing new solutions.

4. Finance Innovation & Project Management and team management
•Lead or co-lead strategic finance projects that drive efficiency, transparency, and future-ready capabilities.

Education & Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
•Minimum 10-12 years of post-graduate finance experience, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role.
•Proven experience in a Finance Head or Senior Finance Manager role, ideally in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
•Solid experience in commercial finance business partnering, FP&A. Having a strategic role(pricing role) experience will be a plus.
