Job SummaryIn this role, you’ll work with SQL and relational database tools to analyze data, design tables and views, support reporting needs, and assist users with validating databases, program results, and reports for accuracy and completeness. You’ll organize and evaluate information from multiple sources, structure findings in a logical way, and ensure reports meet established requirements and specifications.Required Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Science, Management Information Systems, or other degrees can be considered + 2 years of relevant work experience; OR 6 years minimum related experience in lieu of a degree
- 2 years experience in data analysis
- 2 years experience with SQL or other relational database systems tools
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Structure large dataset to find usable info: identify trends, outliers, data anomalies
- Design tables / views / basic procedures / objects
- Understand the purpose of the report brief and adhere to its specifications; gather, collect, evaluate and analyze relevant information; structure material in a logical and coherent order; present your report in a consistent manner according to the instructions of the report brief
- Intermediate level skills, including SQL
- Experience in iterative application development
- Assist users in the verification of databases, program results and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Advanced beginner abilities on data tech (BI, DB Platforms, or other type data toolsets)
- Show basic analytical thinking and problem-solving techniques

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range$76,600.00 - $138,500.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
