Responsibilities - your mission
Digitalization
The jobholder will be accountable for the Digitalization of their own scope of activities (Reporting data transformation) and team members activities (Chargeback, Utilities...) with knowledge and practical application of essential coding languages including Python, SQL, AppScript. To use Gemini / AI and Skywise for automation purposes.
Master data Management
The jobholder will be accountable for the Master Data Management including coherence and consistency for the Sites & Services Programme scope and FMRE function scope.
In this role he/she is in charge of ensuring the maintenance and the updates of the following Master Data in the system:
Cost Element Group / Cost Element / Cost Nature (specific mapping)
Programme structure (Financial Activity / Financial product / Controlling Group / Sub Group / CPN) according to the guideline of the Programme controller
Master Data behind Corporate Project Numbers (CPNs) including Life Cycle Stage
Cost Center Hierarchy / Cost center Group / Cost Centre according to Function controller inputs
Mapping from Cost Centre to CPN (for Recurring costs) to ensure adherence to accounting principle
Team member access rights to financial and business tools (ICPT / ClicknBuy…)
Reporting Factory
The jobholder will be in charge of delivering to the entire team detailed monthly reporting related to:
Programme reporting (Profit & Loss)
Function reporting (detailed cost base)
He/she will be responsible to provide accurate data in the defined format and to deliver on due time the following:
Deliver Airbus Commercial (AI) operational reporting (Cost by Nature): Extracting, checking, compiling and filling the monthly reporting from the financial systems and delivering it to the Function controllers. It includes row data and reporting templates at Function and Domain level.
The jobholder will be in close relation with the Function controllers, but as well with the Cost accounting department and the Financial system teams.
Deliver and be responsible for the AI operational consolidation (Cost by Nature)
Deliver AI Programme reporting (Cost by Destination): extracting and checking the monthly reporting from the financial systems for Airbus Commercial and delivering it to the Programme controllers. It includes row data and P&L.
The jobholder will be in close relation with the Programme controller, but as well with the Consolidation team.
Deliver the Divisional consolidation (Cost by Nature): collecting and compiling Actuals from the other Division controllers (Airbus Defense and Space and Helicopters)
The jobholder will be the focal point for any improvement/change project or new tools (new SAP Analytics Cloud)
The jobholder will define yearly Reporting calendar and coordinate the delivery of all stakeholders
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Knowledge of tools such as SAP, IFRP, ClicknBuy is highly recommended
Knowledge of Python, SQL, AppScript, Gemini / AI and Skywise is highly recommended
Accounting and Controlling background
