Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the daily updates of PPT based on CRFs completed
- Run reports to show changes processed in PPT vs changes processed in Lease Admin system
- Coordinate the updates for quarterly Budget/Forecast runs
- Liaise with key stakeholder to obtain strategy updates and ERVs to be updated in PPT
- Support and act as back up for Estates Data Coordinator
- Assist Client Accountant with any ad-hoc tasks such as chasing reditors or debtors for balances
Required Technical Experience:
- Awareness of basic accounting concepts
- IT literate – Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel – minimum level to include Pivots and advance formulae

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence to interact and deal with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
