Role Overview: 

This role is responsible for quality of data used by Finance Departments, managing daily workload and tasks in area of financial master data (clients, matters, fee earners) and support of Finance Data Administration Process Owner as well as other processes within Revenue Management. The team has two main pillars of tasks. One group is related to activation, maintanance and deactivation of fee earners accounts, resolving integration issues and maintaining data quality and accuracy between HR/Talent and Finance systems, increase results and time recording process effectiveness with standardization and automation, and managing daily workload and tasks in area of missing time reporting, timekeeper chasing.

Second group is related to maintenance of clients, matters and payors records for all European offices, resolving integration issues and maintaining data quality and accuracy between Risk and Finance systems. It also requires support of users, European offices, and effective relationships building with external and internal clients (Finance teams in the region, Partners, Customers).

Within both scopes, there might be requirements of user's trainings and support, accross EU offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing day-to-day activities and ad hoc tasks related to finance data updates/corrections                  
  • Control of what is already done, what is pending, mastering their work schedule up until the monthly closing
    Assistance in resolving client queries                 
  • Cooperaton with other team members and departments             
  • Ensuring quality standards are being met / service excellence                 
  • Support and participation in assigned campaigns, initiatives and internal projects           
  • Comply with the firm's policies, internal procedures, and any other legal obligations, and effectively address risks to the firm where those risks relate to this role                    
  • Support in shaping the top quality level of services                     
  • Collaborate with Local Finance teams and collect regular feedback                     
  • Build know- how, create instructions, procedures and maintain  documentation             

Requirements
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in multinational organization (Finance area preferably)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (English )
  • Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. )
  • The ability to focus on detail and follow-through on commitments
  • Able to prioritize based on vision and strategic goals and multi-task particularly when working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Resourceful and demonstrate strong problem solving skills (“growth mindset”), with the ability to make judgment calls in an experienced and professional manner
  • Team player but also able to work independently and effectively with individuals at all levels within a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in working with internal and external clients, excellent customer service focus

Skills Required

  • 1-2 years' experience in a multinational organization, preferably in Finance
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills
  • Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work to tight deadlines
  • Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
