As Finance Coordinator at The Merch Collective, you will be responsible for daily tasks primarily focused on Accounts Payable, including the processing of new invoices, and issue resolution for variances. You’ll also assist the Finance Controller with overseeing a variety of daily tasks related to Freight, Venue Payables and other special projects as assigned.

• Manage multiple Accounts Payable, Venue Payables, Freight invoicing, Royalty and other payments. Daily reconciliations related to resolving variances and discrepancies. Data entry with high attention to details, accuracy and prompt fulfillment of open orders.
• Communications across multiple departments to resolve discrepancies and process outlying data exceptions.
• Daily banking and QuickBooks reconciliations. Assist with processing bills, checks, receipts and other documents. Enter data and maintain updated records.
• Research and special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1+ year of proven accounting experience in a fast-paced Accounting or Finance month-end close processes (preferred).
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities, Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
