An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator seeking a dynamic role. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a great opportunity to join an ASX-listed industry leader in eCommerce and contribute to key financial tasks that impact the company’s overall performance.
In this role, you will support processes and operations within the Finance Team, managing essential administrative duties and gaining exposure to how an ASX listed business operates.

In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Working collaboratively with the broader Finance team and internal stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
- Proactively looking for new and better ways of working to ensure efficiency
- Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
- Taking initiative in problem-solving and in exercising judgement when processing and reviewing data
- Investigating anomalies in accounts and record adjustments where required
- Operating in both FX and domestic currencies
- Preparing banking and general ledger reconciliations
- Processing invoice details into SAP for payment
- Maintaining internal controls and compliance
- Assisting leaders within the business with administration duties and tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you should be:
- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business or similar)
- Demonstrated experience working within Finance / Accounting, preferably in a Retail / eCommerce / FMCG environment. Experience within an ASX listed business will be highly regarded
- Comfortable building and maintaining effective relationships, through exceptional communication and engagement
- An exceptional problem solver, using your strong attention to detail to maintain data entry and reconciliation accuracy
- Comfortable working with a number of different systems, with the ability to perform administrative duties with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency
- Experience with SAP will be highly regarded
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Being agile and adaptable is key to success!
- A whiz with Microsoft Excel (we’re talking VLOOKUP and pivot tables, not SUM and AVERAGE - and we will test your capabilities)
- Tech savvy and able to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity
