Job Summary

In this Help Desk–focused Query Management role, you will support our finance operations by resolving inquiries related to invoices, payments, and financial transactions. You will act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and contribute to accurate, compliant, and timely AP/AR processes. This position welcomes candidates with a range of experience levels.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle finance‑related queries within the Help Desk team
  • Support AP/AR activities, including invoice and payment processing
  • Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Maintain documentation and support compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Experience in finance operations, AP/AR, or a related field
  • Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
  • Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage workload accurately and efficiently
  • Service‑oriented mindset and effective problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
