Job Summary
In this Help Desk–focused Query Management role, you will support our finance operations by resolving inquiries related to invoices, payments, and financial transactions. You will act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and contribute to accurate, compliant, and timely AP/AR processes. This position welcomes candidates with a range of experience levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle finance‑related queries within the Help Desk team
- Support AP/AR activities, including invoice and payment processing
- Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain documentation and support compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in finance operations, AP/AR, or a related field
- Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage workload accurately and efficiently
- Service‑oriented mindset and effective problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
