Job DescriptionIn the basic phase, you will get a clear picture of Syntegon's scope and you will gain insight into the cooperation between the various departments on location, other Syntegon branches and the head office. This gives you a good and broad picture of what is going on in the workplace on a daily basis.
In the orientation phase, you will work within controlling and gain experience within the department.
In the final in-depth phase, you will be trained in the tasks that you will take on after your training period that matches your abilities and ambition.
During the traineeship, you will go through an extensive training program aimed at your own personal development and effectiveness.
To maintain the steep learning curve that we expect from you as a trainee, you will be intensively guided in your development by the plant controller.
