Company Description

The Finance Controlling Department serves as the strategic navigator of the organization, moving beyond traditional reporting to drive informed, data-driven business decisions. Acting as the 'economic conscience' of the company, the department bridges the gap between historical accounting and future-oriented strategy by providing rigorous variance analysis, supporting and leading the annual budgeting process, and delivering actionable latest estimates. By serving as a critical business partner to cross-functional leadership, Controlling identifies opportunities for margin optimization and provides the financial transparency needed to evaluate all commercial and marketing activities. Ultimately, the department’s mission is to transform complex financial data into a clear roadmap for profitability, ensuring the company’s long-term stability and agility in a competitive market.
