The Finance Controlling Department serves as the strategic navigator of the organization, moving beyond traditional reporting to drive informed, data-driven business decisions. Acting as the 'economic conscience' of the company, the department bridges the gap between historical accounting and future-oriented strategy by providing rigorous variance analysis, supporting and leading the annual budgeting process, and delivering actionable latest estimates.
