Job Description

Financial Reporting

• You'll supervise the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports.
• You'll ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.

Business Partnering

• You'll partner with management and provide key financial and operational insights in order to support strategic decisions.

Budgeting And Forecasting

• You'll develop and manage the annual budgeting process.
• You'll prepare financial forecasts and monitor performance against budgets

Cost Control

• You'll analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• You'll manage operational and capital expenditures.

Internal Oversight And Control

• You'll develop and implement internal control systems to ensure the integrity of our financial data.
• You'll evaluate financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field
• 8+ years in MNC/ FDI companies
• Fluent in English
• Deep knowledge of tax regulations and corporate financial law
• Skilled in using technology tools to enhance Finance efficiencies
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Solid foundation in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Possessing strong business acumen and being able to demonstrate understanding of key business and operational drivers
• Self-driven and independent, and being experienced in leading a team
• Driven and experienced in improving processes and automation
• Comfortable in navigating complex matrix organisational structures and dealing with ambiguity
• Experience in reporting to a regional HQ is a strong plus
