The Finance role is pivotal in overseeing General Finance Management, responsible for day-to-day financial activities, compliance, analysis, and reporting. It encompasses aspects such as financial resource control, adherence to regulations, taxation, insurance, credit control, budgeting, and forecasting. This role involves analyzing financial indicators to forecast short, medium, and long-term cash flow positions, providing investment recommendations, and advising management on financial matters. Additionally, it includes presenting findings to executives, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and ensuring accurate and timely tax submissions. Managing relationships with consultants and advisors to maintain service standards is also a crucial aspect. In conjunction, the Finance role extends to Financial Planning & Analysis, focusing on short and long-term financial planning, internal financial analysis, and evaluating external economic conditions. This multifaceted role plays a vital part in ensuring financial compliance, strategic planning, and effective financial analysis to support organizational goals and decision-making. An Expert is a recognized master in professional discipline typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
