Regional Controller Asia Instrumentation
 

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and lead local finance teams to optimize financial performance within an assigned division or business area. Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your business acumen by recommending the most appropriate business solutions.

Work Model: #LI-Onsite

This role contributes to process automation in the Measurement & Analytics division within the Instrumentation business in the India region, while also supporting neighbouring countries.

Main stakeholders include Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Regional Finance Heads, and Channel Partners.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For:

  • Overseeing the definition and implementation of global standards and business-specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control processes within your area of responsibility.

  • Managing, providing guidance, and facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices.

  • Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal stakeholders to identify and address opportunities for improving operations, work quality, and efficiency.

  • Securing transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA/ICWA).

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in finance and controlling roles in a product-based multinational or industrial/manufacturing setup.

  • Candidates with 7–8 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO), MS Excel, Power BI, and financial modelling.

  • Extensive analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English, with proficient verbal and written communication skills.

  • Direct experience in product-based controlling and managing channel partners.

  • Strategic mindset to enhance financial performance across regions.
