What you will do:
- Lead cost control for Corporate Functions – manage planning, tracking, and optimize resources for transparency and efficiency
- Deliver data-driven insights to support smarter business decisions
- Own the monthly reporting cycle – ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness
- Enhance reporting tools and visualizations to support leadership decisions
- Partner with the SAR Head to lead financial planning cycles (Target, Outlook, Long-Term Planning)
- Provide clear, value-added financial analysis to support executive decisions
- Promote best practices in reporting, governance, and process automation
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), cost control, and performance management
- Strong background in corporate or central controlling, ideally in a multinational or matrix environment
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven with strong ownership of deliverables
- Skilled at influencing and partnering across functions, regions, and seniority levels
- Strategic thinker with operational focus, linking finance to long-term goals
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SAP and BW reporting experience preferred
- Interest in digital transformation, automation, analytics, and AI in finance
