POSITION SUMMARY:
The Finance Compliance Analyst (Audits) will focus on and assist with the development and implementation of key finance and compliance functions in main risk areas. This role will be responsible for auditing expense reports from the Sales department to ensure compliance with federal Stark regulations and company policy.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and monitor expense reports within Concur.

Perform regular audits of Concur expenses across all 3 sales business units.

Report to relevant parties on findings from auditing.

Review and discuss/train employees on compliance functions as they relate to expense reporting.

Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
Finance or compliance/legal experience of 1-3 years preferred
-
Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

High proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets preferred

Proficiency in Concur or other expense reporting software preferred

Must be detail oriented

Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
