About This Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role within the Finance team in Brazil. You will be responsible for the Affiliate's Financial Planning and Management Reporting, including the management and coordination of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), periodic forecasts, and Long-Range Plans (LRP). This position is crucial in ensuring financial alignment and driving strategic decision-making processes across the organization. You will coordinate results management and reporting for the Business Area/Affiliate, while also providing in-depth analysis of ad hoc business cases related to new products and business developments. Your efforts will directly support the Head of Finance and contribute to the overall financial health and growth of the organization.
What You’ll Do
Manage all aspects of financials and resources for Business Area/affiliate planning and consolidation of annual budgets, plans, and long-range forecasts.
Design analytics to support effective business planning processes and decision making.
Prepare user-friendly Forecast/reporting Templates to highlight key financial drivers and performance indicators.
Lead financial assessments for new product launches and innovations.
Monitor ongoing business performance against plans and forecasts, and communicate variations to leadership.
Coordinate business analytics to provide comprehensive insights to the Business Area/Affiliate.
Act as a finance business partner to GM and the TA leads, maintaining a standard financial reporting system.
Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, leading cross-department projects and process enhancements.
Manage month-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Experience in FP&A.
Experience in pharma/biotech is a must.
Knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP.
Excellents software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Hyperion (or comparable systems).
Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
Preferred Skills:
MBA, CPA, or MSA or equivalent.
Experience working for US multinational companies.
Change management aptitude.
