What will I be doing?
As Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with our Product & Technology leadership to guide financial decision-making, ensure spend is aligned with priorities, and provide the insights needed to support growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build models, deliver analysis, and act as the go-to finance contact for Product & Tech.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with Product & Tech executives to plan, track, and manage budgets.
- Building and maintaining forecasts, anticipating requirements, and highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Reviewing and challenging spend requests and business cases, providing clear financial recommendations.
- Producing financial models and scenario analysis to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Preparing concise reports, analysis, and board-level materials for senior stakeholders.
- Translating financials into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Working with the wider finance team to align Product & Tech plans with company strategy.
About You
Ideally you’ll have/be
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong foundation in FP&A, business partnering, or commercial finance, ideally with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, confident in Excel and scenario planning.
- Experience working with non-finance stakeholders, ideally within product, technology, or commercial functions.
- A clear and effective communicator who can explain financial implications to diverse audiences.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, lean team environment.
- Exposure to growth businesses or tech environments (a plus, not essential).

- A track record of turning financial analysis into real business impact (e.g. helping shape investments, product launches, or strategic initiatives).
