In this role, you’ll partner closely with practice leaders to align financial goals with strategic priorities. Applying your financial lens, you’ll transform data into meaningful insights—and insights into impactful decisions that boost performance, efficiency, and profitability.

This role goes beyond traditional finance. It’s an opportunity to shape workforce economics, influence commercial outcomes, and contribute directly to the broader strategic direction of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategic Finance Partnering: Serve as the primary finance partner to senior operational leaders, delivering insights and analysis to drive performance and achieve strategic goals.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and monthly forecasts for your business units, challenging assumptions and ensuring alignment with business direction.

• Performance Analysis: Deliver monthly insights on financial performance, highlighting risks, opportunities and trends.

• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Delivery teams on reporting, commissions, and operational insights.

• Reporting & Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using (Power BI), tracking key metrics like profitability and utilisation.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and drive reporting efficiency, automation, and data quality enhancements.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the business, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance teams.

What You Bring

• CA/CPA qualified with several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the tech or managed services/annuity space.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and commercial decision-making.

• Intermediate knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure) and experience working with sales and delivery teams.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with tools (eg, PBI, Snowflake).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.

• A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Adaptability, resilience, and a collaborative spirit—you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
